Composition: Mainly sodium alginate, calcium alginate and silver particles. It is made of natural fibers derived from seaweed through a series of special process. It is designed to be highly, fast absorbent. The dressing absorbs exudates and forms a gel like covering over the wound, maintains a moist environment for wound healing. The gel-like surface also keeps the dressing from adhering to the wound. Also, it can restrain the bacteria growing within dressing for 24 hours. It has been tested in vitro and found to be effective for 24 hours against bacteria such as: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Streptococcus pyogenes.

Intended use

1.All kinds of moderate and heavy exudated wounds;

2.All kinds of acute and chronic wounds hemorrhagic wounds;

3.All kinds of difficult healing wounds such as leg ulcer, bedsore, diabetic ulcer, postoperative wounds of tumour and abscess;

4.Skin-donor sites;
